Removal, service and installation of a back nave

On the models equipped with ABS try not to damage rotors of wheel sensors!

The Stupichny bearing is not subject to reuse and has to be removed only in case of need its replacements.

Removal and dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a power shaft (see the Section Removal, service and installation of back power shafts).
2. Give nuts and bolts of fastening of stupichny assembly to the lower part of a rack of a suspension bracket.
3. Remove stupichny assembly.
4. Remove a brake board from stupichny assembly.
5. By means of the stupichny stand (927080000) and a stripper (9274200000) to a vypressuyta a nave from an assembly casing.
6. Having hooked the screw-driver, take internal and external epiploons.
7. Remove a lock ring.
8. By means of a stripper (927440000) and the stand (927430000) to a vypressuyta from a casing the bearing.
9. On the models equipped with ABS remove a rotor of the wheel sensor.
10. By means of the stand (927080000) to a vypressuyta a stupichny bolt.


Assembly and installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation carefully clean a casing of stupichny assembly.
2. Grease and install the new bearing and epiploons. Track correctness of landing in the flute of a lock ring.
3. Further assembly and installation are made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
