Removal, check of a condition of components and installation of the main cylinder of coupling

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of the syringe pump out hydraulic liquid from the tank of the main cylinder of coupling.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic line, - for an otpuskaniye of a nipple nut it is necessary to use a special cap key with a cutting head, for collecting the spilled liquid enclose under the socket rags, at once to a zakuporta the open end of a tube.

Do not allow hit of hydraulic liquid on the painted body panels.

3. In case of need remove the lower section(s) of finishing of the left part of the dashboard.
4. Disconnect a returnable spring, take the forelock and disconnect a cutting finger of a tip of a rod of a pusher of the main cylinder from a coupling pedal.
5. Give fixing nuts and remove assembly of the main cylinder from a back partition of a motive compartment.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Take a cylindrical pin and accurately separate the tank of hydraulic liquid from assembly of the main cylinder.
2. Shift a boot back and remove a lock ring, - try not to allow losses of such components as a pusher rod, a washer, the piston and a returnable spring.
3. Attentively study a condition of all components of the main cylinder, checking them for existence of signs of wear, development of corrosion and mechanical damages. In case of need make replacement of assembly of the cylinder.


Assembly

Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to grease contact surfaces of a pusher and the piston with silicone lubricant of type No. 004404003.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made upside-down. Track that fixing nuts were tightened with the required effort.
2. Fill in in the tank necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of the required grade (see the Head Routine maintenance) then pump over a path, having removed from it air traffic jams (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of the drive of switching off of coupling).
