Remember that the dust produced in the course of operation of brake mechanisms may contain extremely unhealthy asbestos of the person.

Do not use for rubbing of components of the brake system gasoline or solvents on an oil basis at all, - apply only company cleaners or methyl alcohol! |

Design of the disk brake mechanism of a forward wheel
Removal
|
|
|
1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheels. A car front/back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Cock a parking brake / prop up antiretractable boots the wheels standing on the earth. Remove wheels.
2. Pump out about 2/3 brake fluids from the GTTs tank, - at push-up of pistons level liquid can begin to be forced out from the tank. Get drain capacity under assembly of the brake mechanism and process a surface of the last a special cleaner. Get drain capacity under assembly of the corresponding brake mechanism and carefully wash out a surface of the last a special cleaner.
3. Disconnect from a support a brake hose, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of nipple connection. On the corresponding brake mechanisms disconnect a cable of the drive of the parking brake.
4. Remove the directing bolts of the brake mechanism.
5. Remove a support. Blocks and an anchor bracket are removed only in case of need their replacements of components (blocks or a brake disk). |

Installation

1. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to grease with silicone lubricant the directing fingers, their protective covers and bolts.
2. In conclusion pump over the brake system (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System).
3. Before starting operation of the vehicle make sure of serviceability of functioning of the brake system. |
