The models of cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety (SRS).
Before starting performance of any works near the block of a safety cushion, a steering column or the dashboard, disconnect SRS in order to avoid getting injured at its casual operation (see the Section System of Additional Safety (SRS) - the device and the principle of functioning).
It is easy to distinguish an electrical wiring of a chain of SRS on yellow color of isolation. |
Actuation mechanism and cable of the drive of a butterfly valve

1. Uncover the inlet pipeline. Give adjusting nuts of fastening of a cable of a tempostat to an arm near the throttle case.
2. Disconnect a cable from the cam lever of the drive of a butterfly valve.
3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the actuation mechanism of a tempostat assembled with a driving cable.
4. Installation is made upside-down.
5. In conclusion do not forget to adjust a driving cable (see the Section of Adjustment of components of a tempostat).

The combined operating switch
|
|
1. The combined operating switch is fixed on a steering wheel of the car.
2. Switch off ignition.
3. Develop forward wheels of the car in rectilinear situation.
4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action! Wait not less than 20 seconds. |
5. Make sure of SRS shutdown.
6. Remove from a steering wheel the module of a driver's safety cushion (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
7. Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring of the module of a safety cushion.
8. Remove the switch of a sound signal from a steering wheel.
9. Disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring of a horn and the combined switch of a tempostat.
10. Remove the combined operating switch.
11. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to activate SRS (see the Section System of Additional Safety (SRS) - the device and the principle of functioning). |

Main switch
|
|
|
1. Remove the left lower section of finishing of the dashboard.
2. Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring of the main switch of a tempostat.
3. Release the switch from the finishing panel.
4. Installation is made upside-down. |

Module of management (ECU)
|
|
|
1. Switch off ignition.
2. Remove a forward overlay of a threshold of a driver's door.
3. Disconnect an electrical wiring and remove the module of management of a tempostat.
4. Installation is made upside-down. |
