Removal and installation of components of cleaners/washers of glasses

The models of cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety (SRS).

Before starting performance of any works near the block of a safety cushion, a steering column or the dashboard, disconnect SRS in order to avoid getting injured at its casual operation (see the Section System of Additional Safety (SRS) - the device and the principle of functioning).

It is easy to distinguish an electrical wiring of a chain of SRS on yellow color of isolation.

The tank of the washing liquid

The tank of the washing liquid settles down in the left forward corner of a motive compartment.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out fixing bolts, raise the tank and disconnect an electrical wiring from assembly of the pump of supply of the washing liquid.
2. Remove the tank.


Installation is made upside-down.

Electric motor and drafts of the drive of forward screen wipers

Nuts of fastening of the connecting left connecting coupling of driving drafts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Previously having moistened with solution of soap water, remove a sealing strip and a lattice of a forward fairing.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the driving motor.
3. Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly of an electric motor.
4. Give a nut of fastening of driving thirst for the back party of an electric motor and remove the motor.
5. Give nuts of fastening of the left connecting coupling.
6. Separate the left and right drafts from the central connecting knot.
7. Give nuts of fastening of the right connecting coupling.
8. Take drafts through a service opening in the forward panel.

Installation is made upside-down.

Electric motor of the drive of a back screen wiper

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a protective cap and give a nut of fastening of the lever of a back screen wiper.
2. Remove the lever assembled with a brush.
3. Remove the panel of an internal upholstery of a door of a back.
4. Release clamps of fastening of a plait of an electrical wiring.
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a driving electric motor.
6. Turn out fixing screws and remove the motor.


Installation is made upside-down.

Relay of an electric motor of the drive of a back screen wiper

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the internal panel of an upholstery of a mudguard of an arch of the right back wheel in which the right back loudspeaker is built in.
2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the relay.
3. Turn out fixing screws and remove the relay.


Installation is made upside-down.
