Replacement of lamps of lighting fixtures
|
|
Flasks of lamps remain hot within about 20 minutes after shutdown of lighting fixtures. Before getting to work make sure that components finally cooled down.
|
The list and performance data of the glow lamps used in lighting devices is provided in Specifications at the beginning of the present Chapter.
Head headlights
Replacement procedure of lamps of head headlights
|
|
1. Disconnect an electrical wiring from a block headlight and remove a rubber protective cover. 2. Take a cartridge. Release a lamp from the boss and establish new on its place.
|
|
Try not to touch flasks of halogen lamps barehanded, - the fat spots left on a flask can be a glass cause of destruction when heating a lamp. |
3. Establish a cartridge in a block headlight. 4. Establish a rubber protective cover, - track correctness of an arrangement of marking. 5. Restore initial connection of an electrical wiring. |

Fog lights (if are provided)
Removal of a protective cover of a fog light
|
|
| 1. Release a clamp, and separate the lower part of a protective cover from assembly of a fog light, uncover. |
| 2. Turn out two fixing screws and remove a fog light. |
|
| 3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from assembly of a headlight. |
| 4. Having turned counterclockwise, take from a headlight a cartridge with a lamp. |
|
5. Replace a lamp. 6. Installation is made upside-down. |
|
|
|
At installation to a protective cover at first put its upper edge on assembly of a headlight, then latch lower. Track reliability of fixing of a cover. |
Forward indexes of turns
|
|
|
|
| 1. Turn out the screw-driver the screw of fastening of a lens of assembly of the forward index of turn, - the screw is located in upper an inner edge of assembly. |
|
2. Remove a lens, having released its rear edge from the car wing panel. 3. Having turned counterclockwise, release from assembly of the index of turn a cartridge with a lamp. 4. Take a lamp from the boss and establish new on its place. |
|
Assembly is made upside-down.
Forward marker lights
|
|
|
|
| 1. Having turned counterclockwise, release from assembly of a block headlight a cartridge with a lamp of a forward marker light. |
|
| 2. Having pulled forward, take a lamp from the boss and establish new on its place. |
|
|
Installation is made upside-down.
Side repeaters of indexes of turns
|
|
|
|
| 1. Having carefully pulled for a lens of the side repeater, shift it along the surface of a wing forward. |
| 2. Having turned counterclockwise, release from the socket a cartridge with a repeater lamp, take a lamp and replace it new. |
|
|
Installation is made upside-down.
The back combined lamp
Stoplight, marker light and index of turn
|
|
|
|
| 1. From the luggage compartment release clamps of fastening of a cover of access to assembly of the back combined lamp. |
|
| 2. Having turned counterclockwise, release a cartridge of the lamp needing replacement from a lamp holder of lantern assembly. |
|
| 3. Having turned, release a lamp from the boss and establish new on its place. |
|
Assembly is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of a cover.
Backing fire
|
|
|
|
| 1. Having wrung out the screw-driver, uncover lantern assembly. |
|
| 2. Having turned counterclockwise, release a cartridge from the holder. |
|
| 3. Having pulled, take a lamp from the boss and establish new on its place. |
|
|
Assembly is made upside-down.
Lamp of illumination of registration plate
|
|
|
|
| 1. Turn out screws of fastening of lantern assembly. |
|
2. Remove a cover and a lens. 3. Release a lamp from the boss and put new on its place. |
|
Assembly is made upside-down.
Foggy lamps (if are provided)
|
|
|
|
| 1. Turn out fixing screws and remove a lens of a foggy lamp. |
|
| 2. Having pressed and having turned counterclockwise, release a lamp from the boss. Put a new lamp in a cartridge. |
|

Saloon lamps
Main saloon lamp and lamp of lighting of the luggage compartment
|
|
|
|
1. The main saloon lamp and a lamp of lighting of the luggage compartment have a similar design. 2. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver, remove a lamp plafond. |
| 3. Release a two-socle lamp from spring contacts of cartridge assembly. |
|
4. Establish a new lamp. 5. Latch into place a plafonny lens. |
|
The directed lamps (mate lamps)
|
|
|
|
| 1. Turn out the fixing screw and remove plafonny assembly of the directed lamps. |
|
2. Release the failed two-socle lamp from spring contacts of cartridge assembly. 3. Establish a new lamp. 4. Establish plafonny assembly and tighten the screw of its fastening. |

Stoplight of the top level
Replacement of a lamp of the forward index of turn
|
|
|
1. Having hooked the screw-driver, remove decorative covers of fixing screws, turn out screws and uncover a stoplight. 2. Having pressed and having turned counterclockwise, release the failed lamp from the boss. 3. Establish a new lamp. 4. Establish a cover and fix it by screws. 5. Establish decorative covers of screws. |
