Removal and installation of the fan of the cooling system

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the fan drive electric motor.
3. Remove a broad tank (see the Section Service, removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system).
4. Release two lower bolts of fastening of a casing of the fan to a radiator.
5. Turn out two top fixing bolts.
6. Lift assembly of a casing with the fan and take it from a motive compartment.
7. Release fixture and remove the fan from a casing.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:

    a) Before cover the electric motor of the fan grease a carving part of fixture with sealant;
    b) After installation make sure that the fan at rotation does not make foreign sounds, and the krylchatka does not touch a casing.
