Removal and installation of a heater

Removal

Disconnect the hose bringing cooling liquid to the heater heat exchanger from the engine. Also disconnect the taking-away heater hose.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge as much as possible cooling liquid from the heater heat exchanger. At once to a zakuporta open ends of hoses.
2. Disconnect a driving cable of the choice of temperature of the coming-out air.
3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from servo-drivers of gates of a heater and vozdukhopritochny box.
4. Remove the dashboard.
5. Remove assembly of the air duct going from a stitched box to a heater.
6. Release fixture, and remove a heater. Scheme of an arrangement of fixture of a heater

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that hoses of a cooling path were tense on connecting branch pipes of the heat exchanger of a heater not less than on 25 ÷ 30 mm and are reliably fixed by collars. Tighten bolts of fastening of assembly of a heater with the required effort (5.4 ÷ 9.3 Nanometers).
