 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assembly of an intermediate cooler (see below).
2. Empty the engine cooling system (see the Head Routine maintenance).
3. Disconnect an air duct and an air inlet from a turbocompressor.
4. Disconnect vacuum hoses from a turbocompressor and a diaphragm of the drive of the perepuskny valve of dumping of pressure.
5. Remove the cooling air duct.
6. Disconnect the central pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases from a turbocompressor.

At an otpuskaniye of fixture try not to bend draft of the drive of the perepuskny valve!

7. Remove the central section of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see the Section System of Release - the general information).
8. Remove the lower cover of a turbocompressor.

Order of removal of a turbocompressor


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give nuts of fastening of a turbocompressor to the inlet pipeline.
2. Release fixture and disconnect a tube of supply of oil from a turbocompressor and a head of cylinders.
3. Weaken collars and disconnect a turbocompressor of a tube of a cooling path.
4. Release a collar of fastening of a drainage tube from a head of cylinders.
5. Raise a turbocompressor and release a drainage tube.
6. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fastening of vacuum hoses and observance of requirements to efforts of tightening of threaded connections.


Checks

Perepuskna valve of dumping of pressure

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a state and reliability of connection of the hoses established between the perepuskny valve, a turbocompressor and the operating electromagnetic valve.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a diaphragm of the drive of the perepuskny valve, - at once to a zakuporta the open end of a hose.
3. Instead of a hose connect the manual air pump and create on a diaphragm pressure in 73.6 ÷ 88.3 kPa. Make sure of movement of driving draft of the valve.

In order to avoid damage of a diaphragm do not create on it pressure over specified!

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the valve of switching of pressure and upon its place connect the manometer. Deploy the manometer so that its indications could be read out from the driver's place.
2. Disconnect from the operating electromagnetic valve both brought to it a hose and connect them among themselves.
3. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, accelerate it by full opening of a butterfly valve to turns about 3600 in a minute and consider the indication of the manometer. The nominal rate makes 66.7 ÷ 86.6 kPa. At excess of the upper bound of admissible range check a state and reliability of fastening of hoses of control of the drive of the perepuskny valve, - also the probability of jamming of the valve in a closed position is not excluded. Excessively low pressure is a sign of malfunction of a turbocompressor.


Condition of the compressor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At an excessive consumption of oil remove the central pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases and attentively examine a turbine wheel. Existence on blades of considerable sazhisty deposits, as well as begin to flow oils between a snail and the case of bearings, confirms leak of oil from the turbine.
2. Existence of oil streams from the compressor at all not necessarily is a sign of leaks, - is not excluded that it is only result of condensation of oil from crankcase gases of the PCV system. Usually leads wear of a shaft of the compressor or its bearings to development of leaks, - remove a turbocompressor from the engine and perform measurement of side plays of its shaft. In couples if results of measurements differ from nominal rates (0.09 mm: for an axial side play and 0.17 mm: for a radial side play), replace assembly of a turbocompressor.

Dismantling and the subsequent adjustment of a turbocompressor are connected with considerable difficulties. At removal of assembly try not to allow hits in dirt, garbage and foreign objects!


3. At detection of signs of development of leak of oil from the giving tube it is necessary to replace the sealing washers established under a hollow bolt of nipple connection. Track that after replacement of washers the bolt was tightened with the required effort (14.7 ÷ 17.7 Nanometers).
4. Examine the turbocompressor case on existence of signs of development of leak of cooling liquid. In case of need replace defective laying or a hose. The required effort of tightening of a hollow bolt of nipple connection of a tube of a water shirt makes 22 ÷ 25 Nanometers.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a cooler tank.
2. Turn out a drain stopper and produce cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect hoses of a supply of cooling liquid.
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of a cooler.
5. Remove perepuskny the air valve.
6. Remove collars on both sides of air ducts (at a turbocompressor and a cooler), remove a cooler, at the same time dismantling air ducts.

Intercooler radiator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a decorative front grille.
2. Remove a front bumper.
3. Empty the cooling system (see the Head Routine maintenance).
4. Release fixing collars and disconnect hoses from a radiator.
5. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove radiator assembly.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Empty the cooling system (see the Head Routine maintenance).
2. Remove the left forward wheel.
3. Remove a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
4. Working in a motive compartment, give nuts of fastening of a basic arm of the pump of an intermediate cooler. Turn out fixing bolts and remove rubber pillows of support of fastening of the pump to a body.
5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from pump assembly.
6. Release a fixing collar and disconnect a hose from the pump.


Check of a condition of components

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attentively examine radiator heat exchanger tubes on existence of cracks, deformations and other mechanical damages.
2. Check whether heat exchanger fins lamels are bent.
3. Pull hoses on connecting branch pipes of pump assembly and lower them in the container with water. Give on to a pump drive electric motor a power supply from the battery (12 V) and make sure that liquid circulates normally.

Installation

Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all threaded connections were tightened with the required effort.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to a cooler entrance and output air ducts, fix sleeves by collars.
2. Get an entrance air duct on a turbocompressor, output - on the throttle case. Reliably tighten fixing collars.
3. Fix assembly of a cooler on basic racks.
4. Connect water hoses to the heat exchanger.
5. Install perepuskny the air valve.
6. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
7. Uncover a tank of system and weaken a stopper of release of air traffic jams on the right above on a cooler radiator.
8. Continue to fill in slowly cooling liquid until it does not begin to exude through a stopper of release of air traffic jams. Tighten a stopper.

The working volume of system makes about 1.9 l.
