Service of the drive of gear shifting
Removal of levers of switching of RKPP
Removal of panels of finishing of the central console

|
| 1. Remove the handle of the lever of switching of the transfer case (a two-row box). Remove the lever. |
|
| 2. Remove forward and back sections of the central console. |
| 3. Disconnect an electrical wiring of the sensor switch of a control lamp of activation of the all-wheel drive mode (model with the switched-off drive of back wheels). |
|
| 4. Remove the handle and a protective cover from the lever. |
| 5. Turn out fixing screws and remove the basis of a protective cover of the lever. |
|
| 6. Remove a returnable spring from the hinge and the carburetor of the mechanism of gear shifting. |
|
| 7. Disconnect a rack from a switching arm. |
| 8. Disconnect driving draft from the hinge. |
|
9. Take a rubber pillow from the case. 10. Remove the gear shifting lever. |

Dismantling
Order of removal of components of lever assembly

|
1. Remove a rubber pillow from a switching rack. 2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of returnable draft from the lever. 3. Remove the fixing wire. |
| 4. Remove draft from the lever. |
|
5. Remove a boot. 6. Remove a lock ring. 7. Separate the switching lever from a rack. |
| 8. Remove a lever boot. |
|
9. Working in the order specified on an accompanying illustration remove components of lever assembly. 10. Remove a pro-rate, the plug and a rubber pillow from a lever rack. |
|
Check
Attentively check a condition of all components of lever assembly (the plug, a pillow, a pro-rate, a cover, drafts, the lever, springs). Replace the worn-out and damaged details.
Assembly
Installation of the lever of switching to a rack

|
|
1. Carefully wash out all details. 2. Establish a rubber pillow, the plug and a pro-rate on a lever rack. 3. Install on the lever a protective cover, a lock ring, a new sealing ring, the plug, the plug of the lever and a pin.

|
The internal surface of the plug before installation should be greased with jellied lubricant like SUNLIGHT No. 2. |
4. Install the lever of switching to a rack. 5. Establish a rack a lock ring. |
| 6. Fix a cover on the lever by a wire clamp. |
|
| 7. Pass draft throughout a cover opening. |
| 8. Connect thirst for the switching lever. Tighten fixture with the required effort (9 ÷ 15 Nanometers). |
|
| 9. Install the plug and a pro-rate on draft, previously having greased them with jellied lubricant like SUNLIGHT No. 2. |

Installation
|
|
|
|
1. Transfer the lever to neutral situation. 2. Install the lever in interior of the car. 3. Establish a protective cover and screw the handle on the lever. 4. At the corresponding complete set connect an electrical wiring to the sensor switch of activation of the four-wheel drive. 5. Install the panel of finishing of the central console. 6. Screw the handle on the lever of switching of the transfer case. 7. Put a rubber pillow in the case. Tighten fixture with the required effort (9 ÷ 15 Nanometers). 8. Connect thirst for the switching hinge, - tighten fixture with the required effort (9 ÷ 15 Nanometers). |
| 9. Connect a rack to an arm. |
