Check of a state and replacement of brake lines and hoses

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Approximately time in half a year, having lifted the car, check all flexible hoses connecting steel tubes of hydraulic contours to brake mechanisms of wheels for existence of cracks, signs of damage of a protective cover, traces of leak of liquid, swellings and other damages. Hoses are a critical and most vulnerable component of the brake system therefore them it has to be examined with all care - use a pocket small lamp and a small mirror. At identification of any doubtful signs the suspected hose is subject to replacement.
2. When replacing brake lines it is necessary to pay special attention to selection of replaceable components. It is not necessary to install to the hydraulic highway the brake system the copper tubes not capable to sustain the efforts developed in contours at all. Try to get company steel lines in representative offices of the company manufacturer of the car, - it is preferable to buy the sections which are already cut on length and equipped with nipple nozzles. Flexible hoses also have to be the superior quality.
3. At installation of brake lines you watch that they passed not less than in 20 mm of the vibrating and moving elements of a suspension bracket and the power unit.
4. At an otpuskaniye of nuts of nipple sockets of connection of steel lines with flexible hoses use a special cap key with a cutting head.
5. Having released a nut, take a clamp and release a hose from a basic arm.
6. At a detachment of a flexible hose from a support of the brake mechanism turn out a hollow bolt of the nipple socket and you will throw out old sealing washers. At connection of a washer are subject to replacement without fail.
7. At a rassoyedineniye of two hoses use two Rozhkov of a key. You watch that when joining hoses there was no their twisting.
8. For fastening of steel lines the set of intermediate clamps is usually used. The failed clamps are subject to replacement without fail!
9. You watch reliability of fastening of brake lines in all provided intermediate clamps and basic arms.
10. Having finished installation of new sections of hydraulic lines, check liquid level in the GTTs tank. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment. Pump over the brake system. Before starting operation of the car make sure of serviceability of functioning of brakes.
