Pedal height

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure height of provision of a pedal of a foot brake over the floor panel. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
2. Adjustment height of provision of a brake is made by a regulriovka of a rod of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (see the Section Adjustment of a Rod of a pusher of GTTs / the vacuum amplifier of brakes).

Free wheeling (side play) of a pedal

Check of a free wheeling of a pedal of a foot brake


1 — the Rod of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes 2 — the Lock-nut 3 — the Pin 4 — a pin Side play 5 — the Cutting finger 6 — a pedal Side play (1 ÷ 3 mm)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Estimate the size of a free wheeling (side play) of a pedal of a foot brake. Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment.
2. Adjustment of size of a side play of a pedal is made by updating of the provision of the sensor switch of stoplights, - do not rotate the sensor switch. Having finished adjustment, tighten a sensor switch lock-nut with the required effort (6 ÷ 10 Nanometers).
