| 1. By means of two transitional hoses (34099AC010 and 34099AC020) connect the manometer (925711000) to a path of the steering pump, - the manometer turns on in the highway on the site between the pump and the pressure head line, from the pump party of the gate.
2. Start the engine on single turns and open the gate, - if the instrument read from the manometer differs from normal value (see Specifications) it is necessary to check hydraulic lines for existence of signs of deformations, violations of passability and development of leaks.
3. Without suppressing the engine, close the gate. This time the manometer has to register dumping pressure (see Specifications) - otherwise it is necessary to check a condition of the safety valve. Besides, it makes sense to check the pump for existence of signs of internal leaks and to estimate degree of wear of shiberny shovels.
4. At the engine working at single turns, by rotation of a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop at the open gate, measure the working pressure of the control valve. If the result of measurement does not conform to requirements of Specifications, replace the control valve. |
