1. The steering pump has a design of shiberny type.
2. Clamp pump assembly in a vice with soft sponges.
3. Remove a back cover.
4. Remove sealing laying, in case of need take the directing pins.
5. Remove an eccentric ring, take a rotor with shiberny shovels. Remove a side plate and wavy washers. You will throw out sealing rings, - at assembly they are subject to replacement without fail.
6. Weaken and remove the final union.
7. Remove the control valve with a spring.
8. Take a lock ring from a pump housing.
9. Push out from the case a pump shaft back.
10. Remove an epiploon.
11. Carefully study a condition of all removed components. Make sure, hundred a pump housing on порежден.

1. Prepare replaceable epiploons, sealing and lock rings.
2. Before installation of components carefully wipe them with use of solvent.
3. Before landing of an epiploon grease its sealing sponges, and also pump housing walls with jellied lubricant.
4. Manufacturers recommend to make replacement of a shaft of the pump.
5. Further assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, track that shiberny shovels were put in rotor grooves by the rounded ends outside (to an eccentric ring).
6. Working in a diagonal order, tighten bolts of fastening of a back cover of pump assembly with the required effort.
7. In conclusion check smoothness of rotation of a shaft, estimate the size of its side side play.
