8. Give fixing nuts and remove a rack from the car.

2. Having blocked a plate of a spring by means of the special tool (927760000), release самоконтрящуюся a nut.
3. Make dismantling of a rack.

1. Estimate degree of wear of components of a rack, check them for existence of signs of mechanical damages.
2. Determine shock-absorber rod deflection size for what extend a rod against the stop outside and fix the dial measuring instrument in 10 mm from its end. Delay a rod for the end with effort of 1.8 kgfs and measure the size of a side side play, - if the result of measurement exceeds extreme admissible value (0.80 mm), replace a rack.
3. Estimate smoothness and noiselessness of the course of the shock-absorber, in case of need replace a rack.

1. Assembly is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components, - do not forget to replace самоконтрящуюся a nut! Track that the screw spring was established by a flat end face up.
2. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of removal of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
