Repair and operation of the car

Removal and installation of a rotary fist with the wheel bearing, service of stupichny assembly

The removed bearings and epiploons are not subject to reuse and have to be replaced without fail!

Removal and dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the grounding tire.
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props.
3. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
4. Raschekante also turn off a stupichny nut.
5. Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross stability (see the Section Removal and installation of the forward stabilizer of cross stability).
6. Disconnect from a rotary fist a support of the brake mechanism (see the Head the Brake system) and, without disconnecting a hydraulic hose, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements.
7. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the wheel ABS sensor.
8. By means of a special stripper (926470000) and a mandrel (927140000) remove assembly of a power shaft (see the Head Stsepleniye, the transmission line).
9. Remove a brake disk (see the Head the Brake system).
10. Release a spherical support from a rotary fist.
11. Take the forelock and release a nut of fastening of a spherical finger of a tip of steering draft. By means of a stripper release a tip from assembly of a rotary fist.
12. Turn out bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a suspension bracket rack, - previously mark with a chertilka their adjusting provisions.
13. Remove assembly of a rotary fist from the car and transfer it to the assembly stand (927080000). Establish a special stripper (927060000) on assembly of a fist and squeeze out a nave.
14. Take an internal epiploon and a lock ring.
15. Prop up a fist and squeeze out of it the internal bearing.
16. At the corresponding complete set remove from a nave a rotor of the wheel ABS sensor (see the Head the Brake system).
17. By means of a special separator take the bearing and an epiploon from a nave.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using special mandrels, press internal and external bearings and epiploons in a fist, - do not forget to grease properly before installation components.

Before installation of an internal epiploon do not forget to put a lock ring!

2. Establish a rotor of the wheel ABS sensor on a nave.
3. Press a nave in a rotary fist.
4. Establish a fist on the regular place.
5. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
